The BH3 B/B has the advantage of providing 3 dB gain of
omnidirectional pattern over a band width of 6 mhz with the VSWR points at 1.5:1.

Previously to obtain this amount of gain with sufficient band width required for Duplex operation the installer would have to supply a phased side mount array, this combination is both costly and requires a large amount of valuable tower space for mounting.

The BH3 B/B overcomes the above problems and offers other
advantages, it is light weight, has a very low wind loading and is pre tuned to frequency it is also cost effective.

A marine grade fibreglass radome casing combined with the gold powder coated aluminium mounting pole ensures longevity in areas of harsh environments or those subjected to icing.
All components are of Mil specifications including the “N” type female connector.
