CD40 UNITY GAIN BASE STATION 30-40 MHz Omni Directional FREQUENCY MUST BE SPECIFIED. The CD40 is a unity gain ground independent dipole. This antenna was designed to provide a commercial grade high quality product to suit the 30 - 40 mhz band. It has a number of distinct advantages, it is factory built and tuned to frequency, ground independent, lightweight, exhibits low wind loading and is supplied in 2 pieces for transportation. The construction is of coaxial cable encased in a marine grade fibreglass radome which is then filled with 2 part pouring foam, the mounting pole is power coated aluminium, these features combine to make the CD40 both efficient and durable.
