CD70 UNITY GAIN BASE STATION 70-85 MHz Omni Directional FREQUENCY MUST BE SPECIFIED. BASE STATION OR HEAVY DUTY MOBILE. The CD70 is a unity gain ground independent coaxial dipole. It is suitable as a budget priced base station or can be mounted on heavy duty vehicles as a mobile when combined with our heavy duty spring base model SAL. The construction industry have found this antenna ideal because the outer casing is marine grade fibreglass which is then filled with pouring foam to complete what is an extremely strong lightweight vibration resistant antenna. The CD70 also has sufficient band width to accommodate both simplex or duplex operation, it also has low wind loading and is aesthetically appealing.
